Counsel for a number of local municipalities.
Felix’s international work is primarily focused on IP and IT and therefore frequently involves counseling and litigation in the areas of: e-commerce, data protection and privacy issues, contracts dealing with IP rights, advertising, marketing, sales promotion campaigns and commercial communication performed on TV, radio, press and the Internet. He also extensively practiced civil and administrative law. His achievements include being the author of several books and articles as well as a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars in Europe and in the US.
