Mr. Amin H. El Jachi is Honored as a Premiere Member by Emerald Who for Executives and Professionals

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, August 11, 2009- Mr. Amin H. El Jachi, the CEO for OCCS Resources, has been honored for his achievements, experience and devotion to education and all aspects of the business industry.

Mr. Amin H. El Jachi was born in Palestine in 1945. He joined school for Elementary & Preparatory Classes at United Nations / UNESCO Schools at Palestinian Refugees Camps. He attended High School in Beirut 1963-1967 and obtained First and Second Baccalaureate Certificates. He was employed by the United Nations /UNESCO as Class Teacher in Jan, 1968.

Mr. El Jachi enrolled at the Lebanese University in Beirut for BSC in English Language and Its Literature and graduated in 1975. He completed 11 Years as a Senior English Language Instructor, then resigned from UN Schools in 1979, and was recruited by an Oil & Gas Producing Company in the UAE as a
Training Instructor in English. After completing seventeen years of work, he resigned to establish a Private Training Institution in Abu Dhabi, which would provide Clients in the Gulf Area and Middle East with Services in the Fields of Management Consultancy, Short Courses/Seminars and Educational Conferences.

Mr. El Jachi later on formed a New Institution based in Kuala Lumpur and Abu Dhabi named OCCS Resources. Its main function is to provide outsourcing of professional skills and Consultancy Management to Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries. OCCS Resources provides short courses/ seminars, certification programs, and the related travel services. His main achievements include teaching to thousands of students and training hundreds of personnel, who are now established in Senior Posts in the Oil & Gas Companies in the UAE. He has offered more than a thousand of short courses and seminars to Countries in the Gulf Area, mainly Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and of course in the UAE.
