El Fatih E. Said graduated with an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom. After graduating, he began working for Hyder Consulting in the U.K. (a global leader in Engineering Consulting). He worked in different Civil Engineering disciplines which led to 18 years of experience in leading and managing complex projects in different parts of the world such as Africa, Kuwait, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Said’s experience working in the United Arab Emirates includes 10 years of working with major mixed developments and Infrastructure projects with private finance initiatives. Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Said is also a Lead Assessor in the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) and the Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance. (ADAEP)
