Mr. Cassimatis began his association with Majid Al Futtaim Retail Group in 2006 and currently serves as the Vice President of it. Previously, he developed successfully the biggest shopping mall in Greece ("the Mall"Athens) as Commercialization Director of Lamda Development and as Expansion Director with numerous Carrefour in Greece, France and Italy since 1990.

Engaged in commercial activities, Majid Al Futtaim Group is one of the leading, most influential and respected group of companies in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The group provides a well-motivated and experienced workforce strength of industry professionals.

Mr. Cassimatis is responsible for the whole development of the Group's hypermarket activity in 15 countries of the MENA region, from Asia to the Gulf region. He performs duties as necessary to ensure soundness and stability of the Group. He provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the Group are put into practice.

Mr. Cassimatis is in charge of investigating the maturity of the markets in other countries and after the launch, putting the right structure in place. He plays a pivotal role in implementing business strategy and devises and defines new, innovative business development objectives to furnish the vision and motivation of the Group.
